Riddell has brought back the glorious grey 2-bar facemask in its replica mini Throwback helmets. These 2-bar Throwbacks use a grey closed cel foam to mimic that worn in the era. They've also resurrected authentic Riddell logos that are printed onto the chinstraps and back of the helmet, just as they were back then. There are no front and back Riddell nameplates, because they didn't exist back then. The chinstrap uses a stud-and-buckle mechanism that allows it to be snapped and unsnapped like the real thing.
PLEASE NOTE: A few of the later throwback helmets come with the newer Z2B facemask as shown in the attached photos.
